ZEHUI XU

Zehui Xu

Zehui Xu (Weihai, China 1998) is an artist who works mainly with oil painting, but who loves to experiment with different techniques and materials such as ceramics and fabrics, also expressing herself through poetry, performance and installations.

In 2021 she obtained a first level diploma in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice with Carlo di Raco and Martino Scavezzon. In 2022 she participated in the Erasmus Cultural Exchange program at the University of Bath Spa, United Kingdom, with Dr. Robert Luzar. In 2023 she entered the International Internship Program at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice. She has currently just completed her studies to obtain a second level diploma in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. In 2024 she was the winner of the prize of the 106th Young Artists Collective of the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa.
